I'm 16, and I'm planing leaving my country, and I've got some questions

The main question is: Should I go to university in another country?

I'm Spanish, and I have a good level of English (C1). I have high capacities, and I find it easy to learn everything, even more so if it is something I like.

I want to study medicine, but I still have two years left to finish Bachillerato.

Would it be worth it? On one hand, I think it would be, because I would meet people, and I believe it’s better to go when I’m younger so I can build many relationships. But on the other hand, I’m afraid I won’t give 100% in my studies due to the language barrier. The countries I have in mind are the USA and Canada
