Anybody out of 104?

Considering heading east in the near future. Just curious if guys sit on the books for a long time or if things have been moving, normal schedule hours, per diem etc. we’d be going towards southwest/south Maine.

Also, what is a lead lineman? Just read the contract and have never seen that.
