Favorite one-off SNL hosts?

I often revisit sketches from Seth MacFarlane’s hosting stint in 2012 (ft. musical guest Frank Ocean—one of the greatest episodes ever IMO), and it’s crazy to me that the show hasn’t had him back since. What other memorable hosts did one episode 5+ years ago? Peyton Manning also comes to mind.
