Where to find EGL meetups in PH?

As the title says; I am wondering where do you guys find meetups and events related to EGL when it comes to the Philippines? I'm sort of new to the EGL community and I wanna delve more into the world and meet fellow lolita-ouji people in the Philippines! Please tell me tips and tricks on where to find events! Especially in NCR!

Another question; Is it alright to consider myself lolita/Ouji if I do not have any official coords or like bought anything from EGL-related brands? I mostly reuse my current clothes and thrift as well to make some sort of Lolita/ouji (mostly ouji) outfit. I'm too broke to buy from brands unfortunately, but I still try my best to find clothes that will match the Lolita/Ouji vibes!^{_^}
