Can’t anywhere near 409Vg stuck at 2.04Vg… any advice?

Basically I’ve been at farming 2.04vg for over 3 months and prestiging after a few days of farming it but I still don’t see any power up results

Currently using Blue, purple, gold angel / purple, gold Atlantean all lvl 100

Divine sword (+640) with +363% crit damage on all three augments
