Anyone using PC getting constant crashes lately?

Feels like it happened after the latest patch a few days ago. Istg this never happened in my entire 70hr playthrough. Now it's extremely prominent. Other games of mine don't crash, World included with highest settings.

I've lost all my Tempered Arkveld investigations due to the crashes *dies inside*
