Anyone having issues with Giant Hopper Crystals not showing up in oil well?

I waited for the emergence and when it was finally active none spawned. The emergence shows as active but I cant find any when searching the location they are supposed to spawn, the map itself, or the fauna map legend. But it shows as active. It's the last one I need for the 10 rarity 6 items.

I have tried fast traveling inside the oilwell, fast traveling outside of oil well. I saved the game and quit to title and I saved the game and closed the game. Still nothing. I'm on PS5
