Development and Main Player Logic Questions

Hello everyone, two sub topics here.

1) I have the resources available to complete a triple team sig and I’m trying to determine which sig to use. I have both Pivetta and Greenwell’s worst years in a signature. I’m wondering if you feel that up, upgrading one and using it is valuable (chiefly Pivetta) or if they both should be reroll fodder.

2) I’ve gotten to prime tier with my main player and I am looking to the player that I would like to develop. I have a player select prime pack sitting in my box, so i have free rain to choose whoever I want. Based on my lineup, who should I choose? (I have included an image of the options as well as a more detailed look at some of the players I currently own).
