Pittsburgh Mills

So today, I went to the Pitt Mills B side to pick up an item. The B side is not self pickup, so you have to wait for the employees to get your items. The estimated wait time was 25 minutes. I ended up waiting 55 minutes for a pickup! No public restrooms, after 30 minutes I really had to go. I asked if my pickup date could be extended a few days so I could go somewhere else and use the restroom. The manager said no.
Macbid really doesn't care about their customers, we are all just hassling them. I am deleting the app after this.
