Need help finding waterline eyeliner

Is there any good waterline eyeliner that holds really well and doesn't disappear after like an hour? I have gel eyeliner from Revolution that holds up but it disappears after 3 hours which is disappointing for me. Is there a specific brand that holds really well? Black shade is my go to but white shade is something I'm also looking for. Pencil liners don't seem to be working either for me.
