Ladbrokes Ladbucks cant be redeemed? Greyed out

Got 2210 ladbucks but when i click on the store to redeem them all the options are greyed out. Clicking one just says you dont have enough ladbucks. Even thought at top says 2210 to use before 20 days expire.

Live chat was no help at all. Tried two browers , Chrome and Edge but exact same.

Anyone had this before and have fix?
