Electric windows VW Polo

Hey guys, I'm new here and out of ideas..

I have a 2007 VW Polo 9n3 and I have issues with the electric windows in the front. The back is still good old manual. At first they worked periodically, meaning sometimes they did, other days they didn't. And one day they both stopped working at all. I checked all fuses and all was good and I kind of gave up on it for some time. Today I had to do some other work on the car, so I disconnected the battery and when I connected it again, suddenly my windows worked again. But only for 10 minutes. Now everytime I disconnect and connect the battery, its working for 10 minutes and then nothing. No fuses blown, no nothing..

I am really at the end of my rope here, please tell me someone here has had a similar problem or has some ideas.
