$250k+ How did you do it?

I am a mechanical engineer. Currently 6 YOE Half way done with a masters in optical engineering I recently was hired after working at one company for all of my career. I was making 93K and now am making 145k.

My current plan is to work at this company I am at for another 2 years and then re-evaluate.

With this limited information, how would you go about making the next jumps?
