Anyone in here familiar with the Wim Hof Method?

I think this is considered meditation but some may beg to differ. I have tried meditation in the past and im not sure if I am just impatient or what but then I found the WHM and wow. Before I started WHM, ive tried guided sessions like Headspace and things of that nature. WHM is the only form of "meditation" I can really feel, so to speak.

Would anyone agree and say this is a form of meditation?
