Is it necessary to have a consultation every time I need a prescription refill for my ADHD medication like Ritalin, especially considering the cost of consultation fees?

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and have been prescribed Ritalin. Each time I've had a consultation, I receive a prescription for 30 tablets of Ritalin. This has happened twice already, and I'm wondering if it's required to go through a consultation every time just to get another 30-tablet prescription, especially considering the relatively high cost of these consultations.
