Jeans that allow for movement?

I feel like I never wear jeans because I feel so constricted in the waist and stomach area. Even jeans that fit okay seem so stiff, I can barely bend to tie my shoes. Any recommendations for stretchy jeans that allot for movement? I like high waist and straight leg or slim, sometimes skinny.
