Minecraft Bedrock Height Increase Change

I would like Minecraft Bedrock to have the same height limit expansion feature as Minecraft Java, imagine if Mojang Studios adds the option that with a Texture Pack we could increase the height limit of Minecraft Bedrock up to 2000 blocks, support this suggestion so that it becomes a reality
