How is the MiyooFlip for Pokemon gba emulation games?

I have bought an Anbernic XP but the buttons are so difficult to press I have given up on it. My thumbs fatigue so fast.

Does anyone have experience with both of these devices and are able to help with telling me how big the differences is?
