Does this Indian Actor have a slight resemblance to Phil? Or is it only me?

This is Manoj Bajpayee (actor in India). I was just bingeing Modern Family and had a random thought that this Indian actor looked like him. This guy acts in some comedy shows and movies too. So was just wondering? Is it only me?
