About the new Odyssey G70D

I've been looking at this monitor after going through an LG 27GR9U and a Gigabyte M28U both having to be returned for faults. I'm wondering if this, being new has any QC advantages on those two, there's not really any reviews but its priced around the same with similar features.

I'm aware the previous model, the G70B, a few years back had issues with VRR but I'm assuming this is a new panel.

No Gsync certification though which is odd.
