ideas for a Luna dead tired doll?

I’d like to make a Luna dead tired doll, and wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I could use as her item (like the dead tired ghouls usually have an item, like abbeys ice cream and ghoulia’s brain puffs) and also what pattern I could use for her bedding related to mothman or moths?

I plan on using dark red moth fabric for her clothing but stumped on her bedding. any ideas or inspiration is appreciated! thanks :)
