Elissabat help needed

I found a complete Elissabat (even with her bracelet!) in great conditions. The seller offered 65€, do you think it’s a fair price?

I often see other ones for less (like 40/50€) but they are always incomplete.

She’s one of my favorite ghouls so I’m really tempted. Ty in advance for your help!
