Good armor set to start Iceborne?

Hi, I started playing recently. I'm in High Rank right now, just 2 more quests and I'll reach Iceborne. Which set do you suggest? Nergigante seems good but maybe it's a bait idk.

I'm playing lance right now.

I was thinking of equipping the guardian set when I reached Iceborne (not before because i didn't want to cheat the game) but I'm starting to think maybe there are better armor sets?
