Havik's 'Good to be back' brutality

Not sure if this has already been answered or not, but I recently discovered through a comment on YouTube, (and then after trying myself) that you have to be level 7 with Havik for the brutality to work.

Hope this helps someone that might be struggling to get the brutality to work.
