Anyone go up to 10 and drop back to 7.5?

I am going to test how I feel/react to 10mg today in hopes that I don't have major side effects and that my weight loss pace improves. I have been on 7.5 since January 1 and lost 10 pounds (*had some big drops but then a few weeks of small gains, so net loss is 10 pounds).

I have 90 day supply of 7.5, unopened, and I don't want to waste it. I'm thinking that I can go up to 10 and get the ball rolling again and then drop back to use up the 7.5mg. Or even alternate doses for a while.

Does this make sense to you?
