Side mission: The Cable Guy

Hi there! Not sure if this mission got messed up for me. I had the scene with Rian and Dan-bi at night talking by the Oasis, and supposedly the next morning, Arvio and Burgess come to talk to you wanting to do something special for their anniversary.

They never came. Instead, it was Heidi handing over a diagram for the bridge ( that's the main mission I am currently working on )

Will they ever show up? Does it take a few days?
