Private room in a 4 bed, 1 bath apartment in a great area of Bed Stuy! $950 a month! Safe, quiet neighborhood situated between the G and JMZ trains. The room is very well lit and spacious, and the roommates are awesome people. I've loved living here, but plans have taken me back to Boston for the summer!
There's the world's friendliest cat in the apartment (Tom) and other pets are allowed. There's rooftop access, a laundromat on our block, and Herbert Von King park only 3/4 blocks away.
Move in is preferred for around May 15, but can be flexible on that. Move out is August 31- I believe the others have some interest in renewing the lease so that could definitely be an option once the lease is up.
