I need some words of encouragement

I’ve been beating myself up lately after I decided to ghost/block the narc after a rough 2 years. I feel terrible for allowing someone that I thought loved me to treat me like absolute trash. I showed him nothing but love & respect just for him to lie, cheat and disrespect me since the first day I met him. I didn’t do anything to deserve this. Just looking for the strength to keep moving forward🙏🏾🙏🏾🥺😢
