Is hidan still alive?

Lets be clear.

Hidan isnt said to be dead neither alive and the last moment he had in the anime is when he was buried underground. my point is that we know hidan is immortal but can he actually die somehow

Even if he is alive its more accurate to assume that he is paralyzed, is he even bothering to try and get out or not?

Besides Its not curtain if hidan is fully immortal, what if he can die by lack of oxygen or just by suffocation.

i've came to the conclusion that he is dead, but let me know your thoughts
