Is Tsunade The Best Written Female Character In All Of Naruto/Boruto ?

I’d personally say yes with ease , Not to bash Kishimoto but we all know he’s subpar at best when it comes to writing women … Sakura,Hinata,Ino,Kurenai etc

But Tsunades arc in part one was amazing , seeing an old broken,Drunken legend of the past who’s spirit was crushed and was super nihilistic was a big shocker in part one

And the way Naruto was able to bring some of that youth & will back into her all the way from before he even could use Rasengan up into him defeating pain , Defeating Kaguya and becoming Hokage and honestly seeing her grow/Reach her prime again was great
