Hatsune miku HMO

I got this hatsune miku hmo nendoroid the other day(it was brand new and unopened) she was pretty sticky when i opened it up so i cleaned her off. the only issue was with the part that the arm goes into it kinda small so if i try to move her on the arm she falls right off:( is there anyway i can fix this?
