What are your views on Pakistan. Do you consider it part of the Persianate world?

Is Pakistan part of the Persian cultural realm. Many Iranians told me it’s not. Pakistani culture is mostly North Indian Islamic culture mixed in with very Arabized Persian culture since Pakistanis have started losing their indo persianate culture for arabization?
