Baby watching tv

Both me and my husband are sick with colds and no family to help out. How bad is it that we're in bed with baby watching tv/resting. Need reassurance that we're not 'ruining' our baby! We aren't watching kids shows either... we're watching Netflix shows that appeal to us, he's just very interested in them!

Edit: this took off more than expected! Thank you to everyone who has reassured me and gave me their experience. I want to clarify that I don't think watching TV will 'ruin' my baby (was just being dramatic!) But glad that everyone seems to watch some TV with their baby when needed!
