Bubbles in New 3DS XL screens, should I still buy it?

Hello, I found a brand new-New 3DS XL, it comes with all the original packaging, charger and everything else, aswell as the box.

It was listed at a really great price and it's my dream console so I immediately messaged the seller.

However, I've been looking at the pictures given for a while and just noticed that there are some kind of bubbles on the screen.

Apparently this console didn't come with a pre-installed screen protector, so what are those? Can I remove them somehow?

I'm not sure if I should still buy it, but I was already arranging a day to meet and the console is well priced 😔

I'll add that I'm buying this in person, in case it matters.
