Why were you expecting bombshell announcements for an 8 year old console, 1 week before their Switch 2 direct? HUH?

The amount of salt about this direct is wild. No shit there's no major news, this was a small Direct to get the minor announcements out of the way before the big one. Not sure why people worked themselves into such a frenzy and expected wild news for the Switch 1 that's on life support.
