Need immediate Help

Hello, I need urgent advice. I have CEC score of 478 and applied to OINP Foreign workers Stream Employer Job offer with score of 58. My work permit expires in late august. How are my chances and should I learn French as backup in case I have to leave the country but stay in express entry pool? Thanks in advance.
