Can I apply in Oinp - international student stream?

Hi all, I’m living in Ontario and meet all the requirements to apply for oinp- international student stream but I’ve a doubt. 2 years of my educational credentials are going to complete on 14th Feb, 2025. If I apply in this stream and if no oinp - international student stream draw is announced until then, will my file be withdrawn on its own?
