Online Bachelor's + Georgia Tech OMSCS ?

I have a non-US Bachelor's in Linguistics and Teaching, so I don't qualify for enrolling into the Georgia Tech OMSCS online degree. However, I saw University of London offers an online BSc Computer Science degree.

My main question:

Will earning the online Bachelor's with them enable me to enroll in Georgia Tech OMSCS online Master's?

About my current situation and goals:
I'm a non-US citizen, working in a school in Thailand. I plan to switch my career and get into the IT industry (Cybersec). My only option to get a degree is online while working my full-time job. I plan to get entry-level certifications in Cybersec and ideally find an entry-level job in the IT field, while continue studying online towards my degrees.
