Should I pass on the one pass nightmare?

I’m a Kaiser member with a Silver & Fit insurance plan. I had been using the Active & Fit program, but after hearing that Kaiser switched to One Pass, I’ve been curious to try it. However, based on reviews, it seems like dealing with One Pass is a nightmare—customer service is nearly impossible to reach, people are being charged unexplained fees, and getting refunds is a nearly impossible . Has anyone here truly had success with One Pass? I’m trying to gauge how common these issues are because I don’t want to open a huge Pandora’s box just to get a membership through this company.
