I don't understand why one piece fans downplay op verse 😕

I still see a lot of op fans downplay luffy and kaido attacks to island level. When the author himself stated otherwise. Luffy and kaido final clash is so strong you can feel the impact 1000 miles away. To put it simply if they clashed at Barcelona you can still feel the impact in Amsterdam. That's crazy !!!

Prime joyboy > imu >> Prime whitebeard > current luffy

Luffy right now scales to multi continental or moon level. Joyboy is definitely planetary level or above
