I understand block rotation and banned cards... Can we please free the region lock cards?

I understand that block rotation is something that needs to happen to every TCG (maybe for onepiece was too early), but there is no reason to region lock cards. Now that we need to renew decks every 3 years, I think we could benefit from playing decks with different regions cards in it.

At least, getting all English cards is quite difficult for some, we could use the Japanese and French cards in it.
