Decent deck for a decent price

So my friend picked up this game and started teaching me. I'm finding the gameplay and tactics pretty interesting. I asked how much a meta deck would cost and he said "70-80 bucks similar to pokemon", I'm like cool I like games I can afford to play. I go on limitless to see what the meta looks like and every deck on looking at is $150+!

What is a meta deck I can compete with that won't run me a bunch of money?
