When to buy OP10 singles?

Hi all,

I want to make a r/G smoker deck. I need most of the deck (Tashigi, Smoker, Sanji, Tony Tony C ...).

When would the time be best to buy these singles? Will they still drop in price or do you see them rather growing in price?
