Garou manga vs Garou WC

I was seeing the monster association arc in both the manga and the webcomic, and narratively the manga is much superior, especially when it comes to Garou. Garou in the Webcomic is just an angry teenager while in the manga his motivations are much more convincing. In the WC Garou bullies the heroes, while in the manga after countless battles he realizes how immature and insignificant this is. Saitama's sermon is much longer in the WC because Garou hadn't been as well developed as in the manga.
