how are you new grads getting jobs?? much less interviews??

i have psw and extern experience in a specialty area. i’ve applied to the hospital i was at with no avail and have relevant experience in the area i want to work in. i thought it was because i didn’t have my nclex yet but im seeing that even new grad and experienced nurses are struggling with landing jobs? what the f is going on?? how are we expected to get a job if even experienced nurses are in the gutter ??
