Overwatch heroes' birthdays are mathematically unlikely
You only need 23 people in a group for there to be a 50% chance that at least two of them share the same birthday.
With 43 people, the chance is about 90.6%! Mathematically, the chance of the current roster not having a shared birthday is thus only 9.4%, quite unlikely!
