Side effects after stopping?

For anyone who may have gone off Ozempic after being on it for a long time (I was on it since Sept 2021, recently came off because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant). Did you experience any intestinal side effects coming off of it? Such as stomach pain, cramping, gas, bloating?

That's the short version. The long version is that my last shot was two weeks ago. Last week once a few days past beyond when my next injection would've been I started experiencing constipation, and severe pain on my right side between my belly button and my rib cage. The ER screened me for literally everything (pancreas, liver, appendix, gallbladder, kidney, bladder, ovary, etc.) and all my internal organs are 100% normal, bloodwork up is normal. I'm now a medical mystery and seeing a GI in a few weeks...
