Ozempic forces you to eat healthier ?
I generally try and eat healthy but yea occasionally I don't. About once a week or so I may have a night that I will order Mexican food or a Pizza. Pizza , beer and a movie is a bit of a date night with my hubby. I'm tracking my calories on MFP and I exercise as well so NOW days of course it all depends on whether fatter foods will fit into my allotted calories or not.
I'm new to Ozempic and about two weeks ago I ended up in the ER for terrible stomach pains and then of course I vomitted. The ER DX me with having the stomach flu . Someone commented on my post about how the tamalas and mayo ( from an earlier meal not on the tamales ) probably where the culprit. And now I read someone's post about how they made a mistake by eating Ruffle chips and a few beers?
This sounds like something I have heard from people who use Alli to help them lose weight. Where if you eat something too fatty .. you are going to pay but I didn't know it maybe something I'll deal with , with Ozempic.
Don't get me wrong. I understand Ozempic slows down digestion and turns off that hunger signs but does it also cause reactions to fatter foods ?
