Do I have PCOS?

Hi girls ! So the story goes like this…. (22 F) I do have some PCOS symptoms here and there ( some hirsutism , weight gain , fatigue, falling hair ) went to my ob/gyn for an ultrasound and he found nothing , no cysts in the ovaries and I saw it with my own eyes on the screen they were crystal clear ( no small dark bubbles only one big gray bubble which is the ovary ) now… based on symptoms , should I worry about PCOS or not ?
