Now that I am on 1000mg of metformin, I am REALLY starting to notice how horrible eating too much sugar makes my body feel. It’s the worst feeling, and I need to commit to low/no sugar.
What helps you start to feel better after you experience the symptoms of eating too much sugar? (symptoms: fatigue, cramps, nauseous, brain fog, overall kinda crabby/antisocial)
